The Maintenance Associate is a critical part of the maintenance team and would be responsible for helping our Maintenance Supervisor with the following job duties; Groundskeeping: mowing, weed eating, weed spraying Maintaining community buildings and common areas, including: office, maintenance shop, building walkways, roads, recreation areas and storage areas Walking the property on a daily basis to ensure that the streets, common areas and entrances to the property are litter-free and have a neat and clean appearance Performing all duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor, Office Manager or Operations Coordinator Repairing or swapping water meters Digging trenches for water line repairs Trimming Trees, sometimes requiring the use of heavy equipment This position is part-time for 4 hours a day, 4-5 days a week, Mon-Fri.
