Hello! I have an opportunity to rent a secure practice space with 24-hour access in Hamtramck. Trouble is, I need a few people to go in on the rent with me. The unit is going for $550. I'm looking for two or three other people to help split the cost. I intend on using the space to teach lessons, rehearse bands, record, and practice. You would be welcome to keep your equipment here, and depending on your needs I'm happy to work out a schedule or plan to use the space fairly between us. Send me an email if you're interested.
