Found ornate lady's broach near B'ham water fountain

I found an ornate, (looks high end and custom - made) women's broach at the Birmingham park across from the library, near the water fountain several days ago. I am not expecting a finder's fee and would like to return it to the owner. Please respond with an email. Include a name, city of residence, and a FB address with photo. A description of the broach would be appreciated. Would be willing to meet at the higher quality coney island (of the two) in Birmingham to return the broach (and will even treat for dinner).
