Engineered wood floor, ready in about one week. Labor only, we supply materials. You need to prep the floor, put down underlayment and install flooring including glue down stairs and nosings. Paying $1.00 a SF to prep, sweep, place pad and install in random layout per manufacturer specifications and code.
$3,000 available depending on the square footage you complete.
