I am a professional man seeking a reliable Housekeeper / Home Manager / Personal Assistant. My home is large and well organized but it could use a homemaker's touch. Starting at $25/hour. This is a long-term position for an experienced house manager, not a summer/temp job. Responsibilities: - Complete housekeeping, cleaning, laundry - Management of large private home - Errands, shopping, some cooking Also: - Overseeing repair, maintenance, landscaping - Occasional entertainment, serving, hosting, travel - General organization, research, personal care, etc., as needed Desirable qualities in you: - Experience, intelligence, common sense - Positive, cheerful, personable - Professionalism, reliability, attention to detail - Organization and ability to work alone My teenage sons stay a couple of nights per week; no pets. We are vaccinated. Approximately 20 hours per week, flexible NW 23rd Ave area
