Rehome under a year put/lab mix

I have a pit/lab mix under a year I have to rehome as I am starting to work full time I don’t have time for him I have 3 small children he is great with he is a little hyper but that comes with a puppy 💗 he is crate and pad trained and goes outside as well I am looking to rehome him somewhere where he has a yard to run and play as I am in a small apartment and he is getting bigger… he has his shots and dewormed I have paperwork on that aswell looking for a rehome fee of 350 as he comes with food and a huge sturdy steel kennel on wheels and comes with shots and paperwork.
