I need part time help ASAP

I need some part time help immediately. I will pay $15.00 /negotiable per hour depending on what you are able to do. I am fixing up a rental house in Orange City, FL and several things need to be addressed. The kitchen cabinets are 90% installed but need to be finished, shower floor tile needs to be replaced, Baseboard trim needs to be cut and glued on, several sheets of drywall need to be installed, etc. by the end of the month. Just a lot of finish work. After that if you have experience with landscaping (mowing, hedge trimming, etc. I will need help with that at the rental property and at my home in Deltona. If you have tools that would help but I have most of them needed to complete the work. I do not have the time to train someone because of the time frame. I pay cash at the end of the day.
