Looking for a prompt, trustworthy, reliable Part-Time Grounds Custodian at one of our Homeowners Associations of about 85 units. The duties will include (just to name a few): Pond Cleaning and maintenance of a large water feature Spider webbing Trash removal Grounds over site & other misc. duties We are looking for someone to start ASAP and all equipment will be provided. The position will be through a temp agency with worker’s comp provided. The hourly compensation is $20.00 an hour, about 10-20 hours a week. Call Alicia to discuss the position or with questions.
