Trained 7 Month APBT Puppy

Description
This is Dexter. I adopted him from the shelter in mid July, with the hopes for him to be a sport dog (agility, dock diving, obedience), and he is now almost 7 months old. I hate that I have to rehome him, but he has had issues arise due to his very obvious poor breeding. He is severely dog reactive (which I was prepared for) and has become reactive to people and will redirect to people while on leash. All of my work with training him has come undone, thanks to a neighbors dog attacking him, except for the foundations. He can sit, stay, wait, leave it, focus, and sometimes drop and retrieve things. He is also crate trained and potty trained. He does resource guard food and treats, so he is best left alone while eating, by people and other dogs,, unless you're hand feeding him for training (but does nip trying to get the food during that). He could live with other dogs if they are neutral and it is a slow introduction, he would probably appreciate another dog if you are knowledgeable on how to handle the breed and it is not a small dog. He likes to chase small dogs and cats to play, so best not to have those around as he is a big puppy with a lot of strength. He loves to play and snuggle, but needs reminders to be gentle. Loves to chase and be chased. Very high energy and high drive. Best home wouldn't have kids, or would have much older kids, as he would chase and nip and small kids might make him uncomfortable at mealtimes. He's really goofy and sweet. He's been neutered and has had all shots except this Monday he will receive his last booster and more heartworm preventative now that he's sized up. He'll come with the paperwork I have. He's microchipped. His only health issue is he has grass allergies, so he has a special shampoo and mousse He'll come with, although he seems to do good without it as well. He'll come with his collar, his chew toys and rope, his shampoo and stuff, his shoes, records, microchip info, leftover food, water additive, treats, and a couple more things. We're asking $800, but it's negotiable to the right family as we've spent a lot to get him up to date and healthy after the shelter. Willing to go down to $500 but no less, for the right family. He's suspected to be an APBT and boxer mix.
