The Westover Companies a family owned property management company, is currently seeking to fill a Full Time Cleaner/Light Maintenance position at our property in Langhorne, PA. $500 SIGN ON BONUS Essential Job Functions: Performs routine cleaning tasks in apartments, hallways, lobbies, offices, fitness centers, rest rooms and elevators. Performs grounds inspections and cleans up trash on property. Assists maintenance staff with service requests Assist with apartment make-readies Share on-call responsibility when needed Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Demonstrate the appropriate and safe use of cleaning chemicals. General knowledge of maintenance tools and job tasks: 1 year Must have prior housekeeping experience Able to assist with lifting and moving of heavy items (water heaters, appliances, rock salt) Be able to shovel and salt when it snows. Be able to work on step/extension ladders Complete work orders in a timely manner. Follow company operational and safety procedures. Ability to work an on-call schedule as required to meet the needs of the property. A positive, team-oriented attitude. Understand and follow Westover Companies core values.
