Competitive Pay based on Experience employment type: full-time/part time We are seeking an experienced Sheetrock/Painter Tech The ideal candidate MUST have a general knowledge of basic drywall installation, mudding, sanding, and painting drywall. Must have own transportation. Responsibilities Include- Paint/patch drywall, texture, and perform other minor repairs. Must be able to paint professionally and provide own tools. Respond to residential maintenance requests in a timely manner. Maintaining a positive attitude and appearance. Complete phone sales and transport drywall material to designated work areas. Applicants should have 1-2 years of maintenance experience. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently are a must. Must be willing to work some weekends.
