Need Licensed, Bonded Electrician

Looking to hire a licensed, bonded, insured electrician for (what I think is) a fairly simple job. I recently purchased an electric vehicle and I need to have a 220 outlet installed in my garage. The good news is that my primary panel is on the outside wall of the garage so just involves installing a 50 amp breaker and running conduit through the wall and installing the outlet. Not too tough right? I'm located near Kino Parkway and Silverlake Road. The licensed part is important because TEP will rebate me much of the cost under a program it has.
