Turf & Snow Specialist Join our team! We are seeking team members who enjoy being outdoors year-round, are client focused, and team players to join us in making trees happy! In this role, you will work with our crew to maintain groundwork at various locations. We are willing to train and support you as you pursue certification. Every team member receives extensive training from day one. The first day involves safety training, introduction to arboriculture, an explanation of our development plan. Individuals that most enjoy our work include those who: • Love the outdoors year-round, no desk jobs here! • Want to work with their hands and enjoys physical work. • Wants to learn and grow in a career while getting hands on experience. • Enjoys working in a team setting. • Wants to spend their time maintaining grounds year-round including mowing, caring for trees, plants, and shrubs. • Enjoys caring for landscape including stump removal, placing dirt, seeding and straw while repairing lawns. • Welcomes the physical effort needed to deliver and install both mulch and compost. • Embraces snow removal - shoveling snow, and repairing lawns (if needed) at the end of the snow season. • Enjoys working with tools and equipment. • Welcomes the physical evidence of a job well done at the end of the day. Requirements: • Must have a driver’s license with a good driving record which will be supported by our company insurance. • Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position, including lifting 70lbs and repetitive hand motions. • Have knowledge and experience in current landscape care methods including but not limited to tree, shrub, lawn care, planting, mulching, pruning, and mowing is preferred. • Previous landscaping and snow experience is preferred but not required. • Ability to back up a trailer is preferred. • Excellent customer service is required. Previous customer service experience is preferred. • Ability to multi-task and work in a faced paced environment is required. • Ability and desire to work as a team is required.
