We are an established moving company with over 25 years of serving Hampton Roads and we are now looking for qualified individuals to join our team! Job Title- On-site Moving Crew Manager Functions/Tasks: -Be the leader of a moving crew completing daily moving jobs. -Drive 26ft non-cdl moving truck to/from job site -Provide excellent customer service to clients -Direct crew, supervise, delegate tasks to ensure quality service and efficiency -Load and unload household furniture and boxes to/from moving truck as part of a team -Pack/organize household furniture and boxes in the moving truck to ensure safety of cargo -Prep and shrink-wrap furniture as needed to ensure safety of items being moved -Review paperwork with customers, answer any questions/concerns from customers, collect payment -Evaluate team member’s performance, provide feedback to management Requirements: -2 to 4 year manager/team leader experience -Valid Driver’s License -Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude -Dependable and on time -able to lift and carry household furniture and boxes -ability to pack moving truck to ensure safety of cargo Benefits: -Pay per hour, depending on experience - $16 to $22 -$1,000 bonus after 30 days -One week paid vacation after one year -Paid personal days -401K, company match 3%, start on first day Call James at 757-798-0754
