Film/Podcast/Music Collaboration

I have a detailed plan for a Film, Music, and Podcast Collaboration. I am starting with a search for two people. I have been to film school myself which we can talk about (a degree of education is preferred, but self-education is okay too). I am searching for a sufficient cinematographer, podcast co-host, and instrumentalist. The idea here is to grow when ready. Our activities will include script writing and editorial, music video production, and both creative and relevant podcast material. I imagine we will also be playing some music. I am currently searching for funding that can get us a jump start. Much of this is done through grant applications and networking. Ultimately I am trying to follow the Yellow Brick Road, and bring in some people that want to share their talents with the world, set useful and inspiring messages with words and music, and change the world and ourselves into something better than what it was when we first started.
