We are a large Tier II OLCC rec farm with a small and hardworking crew. We are hiring immediately for additional positions to join our awesome team. We are located by RCC in Grants Pass and we require proof of a current OLCC workers permit. Pay is $20/hour, cash W-2. Job details-- Pruning, deleafing, shucking and bucking wet flower. This is a physically demanding job and we are looking for hard workers with strong work ethics. There is a chance that weather will be difficult this fall so be prepared. -Need to be able to lift 50-75lbs -Reliable transportation -OLCC Handlers card for marijuana and 21+ years of age -Enjoy working outdoors Harvest season will last until the middle of November with additional work needed post harvest. There will be opportunity for overtime and extra hours during harvest. Hardworking, consistent and reliable are the types of employees are looking for Previous cannabis experience not required but does help. We are constantly looking for the right employees to grow with and this can become a full time/year round job for the right person. Resumes are a big help.
