Positions available in the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles. Maintenance Positions vary but may involve general maintenance, turns, work orders, pressure washing, general grounds, janitorial and cleaning, painting, plumbing, and minor electrical. Job responsibilities include but are not limit to: • Perform maintenance repairs throughout the property including the common area amenities, occupied units and vacant units. • Turning units, including all repairs and some cleaning • Assist in maintaining the grounds/ cleaning and providing excellent curb appeal. • Make repairs to the following the areas related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structural and appliances. • Complete regular inspections as directed by Service Manager. • Communicate and effectively work together with your fellow team members. • May include emergency after hour calls. • Having your own tools a PLUS! • Responding to resident calls for repairs in units • Resident interaction on a daily basis • Working with the apartment manager to repair and maintain the grounds, interior/exterior of the building and all common areas • Light porter/janitorial duties • Maintenance experience/knowledge (electrical, lighting, drywall, painting, carpentry, etc.) Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
