Looking for someone fit that can show up consistently. Some construction knowledge is good but I am more interested in a smart assistant that can help me with fencing, concrete, electrical, plumbing and other construction duties. Must have YOUR OWN vehicle. You must be able to enough to lift a 60 lb bags of concrete/spec mix into a mixer. Will train the right person if they are hard working and willing to learn. No need to have your own tools. I work all over the Antelope Valley, Victor Valley, Riverside and San Bernardino areas. Must be able to either meet at the job or my house for loading/unloading.
