Along with traditional landscape maintenance, we will train for outdoor and holiday lighting and small hardscape jobs. Our customers think of the Grounds Guys as their partner, not their landscaper. Requirements: Must have reliable transportation to work (Gallatin) - company vehicles provided for reporting to job sites Have schedule flexibility during the peak season, as some weekends may be required Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be 18 years of age to operate power equipment of any kind Background check will be completed Valid Driver's License (preferred) Compensation: $14 - $16 per hour depending on experience and DL, higher for Team Leaders Holiday pay for FT workers
