Let's have both Trump and Biden take the same mental cognitive test and have each take the exact same test for mental health. I would bet anything that Joe Biden would shine over Trump a test for mental awareness and also for sanity. Either man may or may not be senile. They are both old. But there is no doubt that Trump is a mental case. We have all seen that with our own eyes.
