FREE Total Body Workout with Shred415
Join us for a 45 min class of Total Body Interval Training workout at the Bellevue Park w/ Alice and Fadil, owners and instructors of Shred415 Seattle.
This workout will consist of resistance training exercises mixed with cardio bursts to spike your heart rate and increase calorie burn. We will target all major muscle groups finishing up with serious core work. Bring a friend, and let’s get Shredded!
