The first one is directed to organizational leaders who want to take their team to the next level. Especially by taking Agile best practices in and so surviving and thriving together. The second one is directed to our communities as we support the nonprofit organizations who are working hard day by day to give others the opportunity to build a better tomorrow for themselves. How do we reach our goal? We are selecting the best speakers in South Florida and abroad to deliver the best talks, workshops and presentations that speak to the challenges we are facing today in our work environment. As a result, all proceeds for this international conference will go to a selected list of nonprofit communities to keep going.
