Prominent Food Distribution Company looking for experienced Truck Driver to become part of our team. 5 Day Work Week, Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday depending on our needs. GUARANTEED OVERTIME AT TIME AND A HALF!! EXCELLENT VACATION TIME!! Responsibilities • Drive a Refrigerated box truck in New Jersey / New York and surrounding area. • Work with a delivery partner in 2-person teams to deliver cases of food to Supermarkets and local stores • Unpack and stocking of product onto store shelves. • Follow DOT regulations and safety standards. • Provide professional and friendly customer engagement and communication. • Follow routes and time schedules. • Communicate in a timely and professional manner with other team members and supervisor. Requirements • Minimum two years of professional box truck driving experience. • Must have a valid state driver’s license and have a clean driving record for the last two years. • Must be physically fit and able to lift a multiple cases at a time • Reliable, flexible schedule, and have the ability to meet the demands of the business with a positive attitude. • Ability to work independently or with little supervision. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment fit-for-duty physical, a DOT drug test, and physical exam. • Must be able to pass a background check. • Excellent English communication skills.
