Commercial Roofing Field Operations Manager

This position will oversee all commercial roof/reroof installations and repairs and will be helping to build and grow the commercial roofing operations capabilities. They are responsible for ensuring the project file is complete and oversees all commercial roof projects from start to finish, under or on budget and on time, delivering a 5-star customer experience while operating in PRC requirements of QUALITY, INTEGRITY & HONESTY. RESPONSIBILITIES - All operations relating to the performance of commercial roof/reroof installations, repairs and warranty repairs. - Verifying materials and equipment requirements for each job and placing orders to stay on budget and on time. - Works closely with Commercial Estimator/Project manager to communicate work schedule with customer. - Scheduling of superintendents. - Providing superintendents with job file prepped with full scope or work and job details to manage crews. - Completes daily and weekly inspections of supers and crews, job sites, equipment and materials for quality and safety requirements per PRC protocols. - Follows and implements quality assurance procedures for each project. - Initiates customer invoices for on time billing. - Reports directly to the CEO/COO. - -
