Storytime and Signing with picture book author Michelle Schaub Join children's author Michelle Schaub for a morning of spreading kindness and dreaming big about science! She'll share her two recent picture books, KINDNESS IS A KITE STRING and DREAM BIG, LITTLE SCIENTISTS, along with a fun activity for the kids in attendance. Michelle Schaub is an award-winning children’s author and language arts teacher. Her book Fresh-Picked Poetry: A Day at the Farmers’ Market won the 2018 Growing Good Kids Award and 2019 Northern Lights Book Award. She is also the author of Finding Treasure: A Collection of Collections, a National Council of Teachers of English notable poetry book for 2020, Dream Big, Little Scientists, and Kindness is A Kite String. She lives in Fort Collins with her husband, three children, and a lazy golden retriever named Bear. When she’s not writing, you’ll find Michelle visiting her local farmer's markets, hiking, or cruising around on her bicycle.
