Art of Flow will offer Movement, Meditation and Creativity We will start with a Freedom Flow Session, led by Ananda with the Temple of Crimson Lotus Intuitive Counseling. “Move your body! Shake out anything that no longer serves you, and invite your body to Express, Release and FEEL! “ Freedom, and Flow in moving the body allows for expression, release, and creating space in all areas of life, by experiencing your own unique life force flow. Connecting your movement to your breath and directing your attention to your rhythm can lead you to finding your very own rhythmic flow that can lead to a quieting of mental activity, a feeling of grounding in the body, and a calming and centering effect. The continuous movements create warmth, and this supports a sense of fluidity and grace. Leaving you gently energized, and uplifted. My intentions are that you are left with a greater awareness of autonomy and a yearning for deeper self-exploration. Embrace home in your body and anchor it as a familiar place in which to move and breath safely, strengthen your intuition, and connect to yourself. The session will end with a guided meditation & soothing sound bath to relax & restore giving you time to rest, restore, and be deeply rejuvenated. CURATED ENERGIZING PLAYLIST SOOTHING SOUNDS via healing instruments offering, vibrational medicine Infinite Love & Gratitude! Ananda We will finish the session with DIY creative expression! Kiki, with Crafty Chassis will inpire you as you create a beautiful piece of driftwood and embellish it with a variety of gemstones and decorative elements to enhance your flow and support your intentions. We offer a variety of DIY projects and provide all of the tools, materials and guidance needed to help people of all ages create fun, colorful crafts.
