The venue is an outdoor, covered patio.__________________________________________________The discussion question for this Power Circle event:"How can we deal successfully with the new norm of work-life integration due to Covid-19?"This is our first Power Circle since the start of the Covid pandemic during which work and family life have become intertwined for many of us. How do we balance some of the new norms, such as flexible work schedules and locations, with household and family responsibilities and activities? The line has become blurred.Participants will be asked to step out of their comfort zone and share their own personal and professional ups and downs as well as the coping mechanisms they have developed to navigate these new challengesPlease join us on October 6 and share in the excitement of our live Power Circle designed for you to power yourself to success by developing and maximizing your own skills and experiences. The goal is to have all attendees analyze and appreciate their position on the discussion question and bolster their self-confidence and speaking skills by expressing their ideas within a small Circle of friendly supporters. Everyone will have the opportunity to network and form closer ties with a smaller group of Members than at a regular networking event and so will then have some closer connections at future WPN events. Every attendee in each Circle will be encouraged to participate in the Circle discussion. There will be 4 circles of 4 attendees, including a Circle Leader.The Leader of each Circle is a WPN Member who introduces, facilitates, and summarizes the Circle's discussion.
