Description

Book presentation and tastings No more schnitzels, sauerkraut, bratwurst and spätzle. Instead: vegetables, fruits, wild herbs and edible foraged plants- your concept of German food will be transformed by Kit Schulte’s new cookbook Modern German food from a Berlin kitchen. You will learn about healthier, fresher and more modern cooking using a variety of sustainable and healthy ingredients. And you can taste a few samples as well. The book opens up the world of Germany’s regional, seasonal and contemporary cuisine. Kit Schulte looks into culinary traditions and artisanal methods, connecting the past in the re-discovering of traditional dishes and forgotten delicacies, to the present with contemporary trends like foraging. Sounds delicious? Freshly made samples will be served!
