My roof had bad leaks from the past 2 storms. I have all the materials needed here and have the top end secure Little Giant 40' ladder. I bought the Henry Tripicool silicone coating and need it applied to my roof. Also, my front ridge cap and awning need some repaired and seal. This is where one of the leaks is happening. I need the top right of my back wall to be repaired by pointing the cracks and damaged brick with cement. There are also a few other small sections as the bottom of my back building wall that needs repair. Then we will seal it with the same Henry silicone. I'm also replacing the gutter. The old one has been removed already. Probably best for 2 guys but 1 guy could handle over a few days. Must have roofing experience. I need it done asap. You can start today.
