Preschool seeking a full-time custodian who can perform some minor repairs. The main duties of the position is to ensure the school is clean and in good working condition to meet regulations set forth by the various NYC agencies. Duties include but not limited to garbage removal, vacuuming, mopping, minor painting & repairs. Candidates must be able to work independently, have good communication skills and be able to lift up to 50lbs & candidate be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting by the Dept of Education and the Dept of Investigations.
