Join Christina & Katie for a wonderful morning/afternoon full of nature and Yoga!
Join Katie (500 RYT, Ayurvedic & Thai Yoga Practitioner, & Reiki Master) and Christina (ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide) for a beautiful fall morning/afternoon in the woods! The event will be filled with yoga asana, meditation, and time to connect with nature through Forest Therapy.
This unique experience has immense benefits: boosted immunity, lowered blood pressure and heart rate, improved attention and mood, and hitting the reset button on life.
Each Walk and asana (Yoga pose) is professionally customized to the needs of all participants, and all fitness and mobility levels are welcome.
What is Forest Therapy? Forest Bathing or Shinrin Yoku is the simple process of taking in nature through your senses. A Nature Therapy Walk with your certified shinrin yoku instructor provides an opportunity to slow down, detach from technology, and experience nature in a unique way. The best part is that it doesn’t matter how much time you spend (or don't spend) in nature. Each Walk is professionally customized to the needs of all participants, and all fitness and mobility levels are welcome.
Please note we require at least 5 attendees for the event to happen. Event is rain or shine so dress accordingly.

Katie is 300 hour certififed Yoga Instructor as well as additional certifications in BUTI Yoga, Thai Massage, and Reiki. She loves the wellness journey she's been on and enjoys sharing it with others.
