Job Description Hub Grinding is hiring to sharpen knives. We operate Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 5:00. We require no experience and most people pick up our sharpening process fairly quickly. Start time is 7:00am for the full time position and 12:00 for the part time position. Some flexibility with hours but looking for someone who can do at least 30+ per week for the full time position or around 20 hours per week for the part time position. Ideal candidate would be able to learn the machines we operate and be able to assist with route organization for our drivers. Must have reliable transportation to and from Walpole. All shop work is in Walpole in the morning. Must be able to consistently arrive on time and be willing to learn. Good organization skills a plus. No experience necessary. Matching retirement plan. Position Requirements: -Must be able to stand in one location for 3+ hours at a time. -Ability to learn to operate 3 separate knife grinding machines. -Basic operation and maintenance of assigned machinery. -Perform proper machine start up. -Perform basic break downs and wash down. $17/hour Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
