Maintenance Technician Stonegate Group, a Natick-based real estate management and development team, is seeking to fill a full-time Maintenance Technician position. The successful candidate must minimally have general experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance and HVAC repair. Responsibilities include residential unit turns, painting, daily service calls, and varied maintenance tasks. Previous apartment and building maintenance experience is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must, and the candidate must have a strong desire to be a part of a dedicated team. A valid driver’s license and a good driving record is required. This position is Full Time (8:00AM-4:30PM Monday through Friday) and includes rotating on-call responsibilities to cover emergencies during off hours.
