The Medve Group, Inc. has an immediate need for a hands-on working Maintenance Supervisor at The Terraces at Metairie I & III. This position will guide our team and perform various maintenance related duties necessary to upkeep and enhance the value of our property. Duties: • Effectively lead by example and manage maintenance crew • Prepare units to move-in ready condition • Performs various community maintenance functions • Responds to resident service requests and issues • Maintain activity log • Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager Requirements: • 2+ years of maintenance experience • 1+ years supervisory experience • MUST be able and willing to work hands-on alongside the maintenance crew • Assist with on-call responsibilities • HVAC certified $57,500 Salary Excellent benefits $1500 Sign-on bonus ($750 upfront and $750 after 90 days) Free housing Experienced maintenance professionals are encouraged to submit their resume to [email protected] or visit our career center at to complete an online application for immediate consideration.
