NYM Group is a stable, growing and professional Commercial Maintenance company currently seeking a LANDSCAPING LABORER The qualified candidates will be Punctual, Trustworthy, Reliable and Responsible. This is a hands-on position, not a supervisory position. Must have a strong understanding of Landscaping. * APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A VALID/CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE * Serious inquiries only Job Task: • Landscape Maintenance • General Labor • Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner • Performs miscellaneous related duties and carry out special projects as assigned Basic landscaping abilities required such as: • mowing • trimming • blowing • weeding • thatching • sodding • planting We ask that all applicants have the following qualifications: • Experience working with all aspects of landscaping • Must have a valid/clean drivers license ** (Required) and reliable transportation • Must have flexible availability • Availability to work overtime if necessary • Must be able to work in all weather conditions • Clear communications skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures. • Perform other maintenance duties as requested. • Strong organizational and follow up skills. • Professional presentation and attitude. • Ability to maintain focus while working individually • Ability to adapt to change in the workplace Physical Requirements: Work in extreme conditions (hot and cold), as well as direct sunlight for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, load, unload materials, bags, and plants up to 50 lbs. Compensation: PAID HOURLY/EVERY FRIDAY $18-25 PER HOUR **The rate for this position will vary and will be commensurate with experience Other Perks: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).
