GAAMHA proudly announces the opening of our long-awaited Men's Co-Occurring Enhanced Residential Recovery program located in Gardner, MA. The Carl E. Dahl House at Evergreen Grove is a 16-bed therapeutic farming community for men situated on a 115-acre equestrian estate located in Gardner, MA. Evergreen Grove is the first Co-Occurring Enhanced Residential Recovery Service Program of its kind in North Central Massachusetts. Dahl House residents learn to tend to livestock, care for crops, and reconnect to the earth while accessing the clinical support and recovery education that will position them for personal growth and contented sobriety. Join us and the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, October 6th from 3 pm-6 pm for the Grand Opening and Ribbon-Cutting ceremony of our new site. Guided tours will be offered where you can meet some of the amazing animals who will play a vital role on the farm. Learn how our human residents will strengthen their own recovery by bonding with and caring for these adorable creatures. Our Ribbon-Cutting ceremony will be held at 4:30 PM.
