- Start of the day with emotions check-in: Yoga practice with Fernanda

- Check-out: Talk w/ Journal and Picnic with Rafaela

Who we are?
Fernanda: “I am a yoga instructor, breath facilitator, sound therapist, meditator, and best friend to many amazing souls.
I studiede the anatomy of yoga in the Santa Casa hospital for six months.
I have been teaching yoga for over nine years and have a 220 hrs Kundalini Yoga Certification and Yin Yoga Certification with Paul Grilley.
Reiki Level 1,2 and Master Certification.
