Take yourself, families and friends to -Unplug from this busy world. -Listen to the sound of nature -Reconnect to yourself Journey to Inner Peace is an outdoor program to unplug yourself friom the world and reconnect with nature. In these 1.15 hours, you will get to practice an ancient meditation technique, guided by a Buddhist monk. Additionally, participants will be relaxing your body with a simple and stretching exercise , listening to the sound of nature, and learning some tips for work-life balance. Meditation is an universal technique to relax your mind and reduce stress. Instructor: Ven. Manikanto Bhikkhu, a Thai Buddhist monk who has over 20 years of meditation experiences and has been travelling to teach meditation around the country. Dress code: Comfortable and polite outfits ***Free Admission*** Your spot is a gift from participants that joined our past events. After participation if you think this event is beneficial and we should organize the next event.
