At the very least, I need some to foot a 40 Foot ladder so I can raise it up. If someone can complete the soffit/fascia/fancy trim for me, I’m willing to pay $250. This means scraping, spot priming, and 2 coats. Only the portion about the top window (circled in 3rd picture). It’s a small area, and I’ll help get the ladder in position. It’s something I can do myself (besides footing the ladder). However, I have a TON of work lined up and I can’t keep doing it all by myself. For a skilled, experienced painter who doesn’t need babysitting, I’m willing to pay what you’re worth.
