Ready, Set, Chop! Join us for this special knife skill class hosted by Amy Schroeder, representative for Zwilling knifes. Zwilling has been in the knife making business since 1731. In this class, you will learn the ins and outs of knife skills, mastering basic knife skills and the fundamental cuts for vegetables (such as mince, dice, brunoise, and julienne), as well as a few advanced techniques. You will also learn how to select the right knife for any job, and some wonderful tips for keeping all knives sharp and well maintained at home. After your knife skill course, you will enjoy a full course menu, along with two glasses of wine and other beverages prepared by Chef Craig Kuhns. Zwilling will be offering some great deals for those of you looking to purchase some cutlery! Plus....there will be door prizes awarded throughout the course of the evening. Cost for this class is $65/person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event Please notify us if you have any allergies. Adjustments can not be made during class. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. Chef will teach you how to prepare all of the dishes that will be served. This is a semi hands on / demonstration class and you will have the opportunity to participate in the preparation if you wish to do so. You will be served two glasses of wine along with tea and lemonade. Please be prepared at check-in with your ID. Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply) You will have 30 minutes after the class to shop.
