Craft your own Pasta Creation! Please join us in the Sunset Room, located on the 5th Floor In this interactive cooking class, you'll learn how to make pasta from scratch. The Hyatt Regency's formally trained Chef will begin by teaching you how to make, handle and store fresh pasta dough. Once the dough is ready, you'll cut it, creating your own delicious pasta dish. How to Prepare: Wear clothing you are comfortable cooking in and be prepared to enjoy some tasty pasta! Please arrive 15 minutes before the class start time. All cooking supplies will be provided for you.
