LEGAL NOTICE OF COMMUNITY OUTREACH MEETING REGARDING A MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENT PROPOSED BY PINE DELIVERY INC Pine Delivery, Inc. ("Pine"), hereby provides public notice that a community outreach meeting for a proposed Marijuana Establishment will be scheduled for October 5th, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The meeting will be held at the Framingham Public Library at 49 Lexington St (Costin Room), Framingham, MA 01702. The proposed Marijuana Establishment is anticipated to be located at 35 Tripp St, Framingham MA 01702 (the "Property"). The Marijuana Establishment is intended to be a Marijuana Home Delivery Operator and Marijuana Courier establishment. The proposed operations are permissible uses in the "Industrial" Zoning District (M) in which the Property is located, subject to a Special Permit being issued by the City of Framingham, as well as a Site plan review. Community members and members of the public are encouraged to ask questions and receive answers from representatives of Pine. Questions regarding the contents of the meeting, may be submitted in advance to [email protected]. All materials for the meeting will be available more than 24 hours before the community outreach meeting on bit.ly/PineDelivery Our goal is to be a good neighbor and provide full transparency with our action sand plans. Topics to be discussed will include but not be limited to: The types of marijuana establishments proposed at the addressInformation to show how the facility will be maintained securely deterring any riskTraffic mitigation or avoidanceSteps taken to prevent diversion to minorsHow Pine plans to positively impact the communityInformation adequate to demonstrate that the location will not constitute a nuisance to the community by noise, odor, dust, glare, fumes, vibration, heat, glare, or other conditions likely to cause nuisance A copy of this notice will be on file with Framingham Planning Board and the Framingham MAT. A copy of this notice was published in a newspaper of general circulation at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the community outreach meeting and mailed at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the community outreach meeting to abutters of the Property, owners of land directly opposite the Property on any public or private street or way, and abutters to the abutters within three hundred (300) feet of the property line of the Property as they appear on the most recent applicable tax list, notwithstanding that the land of any such owner is located in another city or town.
