You may bring up to 5 pairs of shoes   How can I contact the organizer with any questions? email us at [email protected]   What's the refund policy? There are NO refunds on ticket purchases     Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Although it is encouraged, you do not have to print your ticket.  We do ask that you have the ticket ready to be scanned as soon as you reach the front of the line   Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes that is ok.  We understand that things may come up and you have to give/sell your ticket to a friend who's name will not be yours
