Candidates must demonstrate the following : - Strong Work Ethic - Reliable & Trustworthy - Pride in producing quality work - Strong people skills - Must be Clean, Presentable, and Professional. Candidates must be capable of the following : - Carpentry/Drywall/Painting - Light Plumbing - Kitchen/Baths - Ceiling Repairs - Window & Door Installations - Screen Repair - Lock Change Service - Clean Outs / Light Demolition - Property Inspections *We will 1099. *Must be able to work at least 40 hours. *Must be willing to be on call for emergency maintenance calls.
