Press release from the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce : Bill Caine 09/15/2021 The Carroll County Public School System's Board of Education Curriculum and Instruction Committee will hold its first meeting of the 2021-2022 school year on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. This meeting will be held in the Charles I. Ecker Board Room located at the Board of Education offices at 125 North Court Street in Westminster.   All Board of Education Curriculum and Instruction Committee meetings are open to the public. Please keep in mind that students, employees, and visitors are required to wear a mask when inside our school buildings and facilities in accordance with Maryland law.
