STAMFORD, CT — Residents in Fairfield County might be having trouble trying to reach hospitals, schools or police stations due to an outage with Frontier Communications, according to News 12. The Stamford Police Department said they are aware of the outage. "We have been made aware of a significant AT&T outage in the Fairfield County area.
