Ready, Set, Lead! is an interactive in-person event. Target audience: Pastors, leaders, and community partners that interact with youth. Objectives: Participants will engage in hands-on activities throughout the event.Participants will learn how to identify their personality profile.Participants will observe youth interact with The Leadership Game.Participants will learn and discuss fundamental leadership principles.Masks required. Social distancing will be followed. Guests who are experiencing symptoms are encouraged to stay at home.
