Handmade Only Arts and Crafts The 3rd annual MN Artisan Fair will be in a new location at the Buffalo Civic Center in Buffalo MN May 7-8th from 10-4. Not only will we have amazing handmade only artists and crafters, but admission is FREE. We will also have Face Painting, and Children's Games available for a fee.
