Information via Connecticut Lottery GREENWICH, CT — A Greenwich resident is now $10,000 richer thanks to some luck and the Connecticut Lottery. According to the CT Lottery, Stephanie Moreira, of Cos Cob, won the cash prize after playing the 30X Cash 8th Edition game earlier this week. Moreira purchased the winning ticket at Cos Cob Stationary, located at 228 Post Road.
