We are looking for dependable, friendly people to help us share the holiday spirit and support our retail Christmas tree lot. Wagner Christmas Trees is looking for seasonal, temporary help beginning right before Thanksgiving and lasting 2-5 weeks. Bring the season joy and share the Christmas spirit, while getting paid! We are looking for seasonal Part Time & Full Time Tree Lot workers. Competitive Pay including tips. An ideal employee will have a good work ethic, show up ready to work and be friendly working with customers and their families. Trees are heavy, so make sure you'll be physically fit enough to work the lot. We are family owned and operated, and our company is centered around customer service and building relationships within our communities. We love to share the holiday tradition with other families and make the season special. Must be able to work weekends and like to be busy. Main duties will include hands-on working with fresh Christmas trees including lifting, netting, drilling, tree maintenance, and other labor-intensive tasks. You'll be the front line as well, so a smile and the ability to answer questions regarding the trees is important. The trees will be tagged, but you're #1 question will likely be; "how much is it? and is it fresh?" Our trees come straight from the Salem Oregon area and are cut many weeks later than big box stores and nurseries. This means they are some of the freshest trees available. We seek self-motivated, team oriented people who possess good customer service skills and project a positive attitude. Holiday tree lot experience is not necessary; training will be provided. Applicant must be: -Reliable -Able to work weekends -Able to work rain or shine -Able to lift 50 lbs, twist, bend and squat repetitively all day long -Friendly and team oriented Come and join our team for the holidays!
